Awful product! So unsafe, the buckles get tangled and don't work properly, iv reached out several times, no help. Keep asking for photos. I have 2 other seats from other brands for my other children with no issues at all. I have to keep removing this and untangle the belts but still tangles soon as you sit them in the seat, can't tighten, can't loosen. So unsafe. Iv requested a refund but nothing. I have had to dump the seat, couldn't even pass to anyone as its so unsafe. I literally threw it away and have bought another from a trusty brand like my other kids seats and no issues since. Get what u pay for I guess!

Easy to fit, not too heavy but sturdy when fitted. 2.5 year old Granddaughter appears to like it

Don't buy this! We purchased 2 of these, my daughter purchased one and we got one for our grandson too. Our daughter's failed within a week. The metal buckle which the strap tightener slides through broke. Came out of it's hinge, meaning she was unable to use the seat and get our 3year old grandson home.Ours was doing the same when I pulled back the padding to check the buckle, the strap was sliding sideways, which would have meant, pulling it with any moderate force, would have broken the buckle too, which is exactly what you do to make sure the straps are tight on the child's shoulders. We returned them. We did not receive refunds until Amazon's A to Z guarantee kicked in. Do not buy from this company. This is a safety issue and they clearly were not interest. My husband emailed the company directly several times, and is determined not to let this safety issue go!!

I bought two cozy 'n safe car seats for my grandsons. I used the Hudson for the two and three year olds. It is easy to put in and, just as importantly, it is easy to strap in the harnesses (I had a mega expensive Britax and it was a nightmare to put in and almost impossible to strap a squirming toddler into- I gave it away). I sought out a harness that would be useful for longer- my grandsons are both very tall and that is why I bought this one.Last wednesday we were involved in a head on collision combined speed 60mph where all the airbags deployed in my Volvo XC90 and the car was written off. Both my grandsons who were strapped in the back were fine, Louis has a slight abrasion on his neck from the harness - both of them fared better than me who still feels wrecked a week on!I don't believe the negative review and have just ordered exactly the same car seats again. The most important thing is to strap in properly and take their coats off.Thank you Cozy 'n Safe for keeping my beloved grandchildren alive and well.

The fastening on the car seat broke within a month of having it making it unable to use. The company refused to give a refund even though it was faulty.

The seat arrived damaged. Appears to have been used before.
