Comes as depicted. I bought this right around the start of the second trimester, it's never too early for the pillow. It's a little awkward to get the pillow into the pillow case at first but that's just the nature of a shaped pillow like this, I like that the case is washable and I haven't had any issues with washing. I was awkwardly stuffing pillows behind my back and under my bump before I bought this and between my knees and this solves all of that and I don't have to make a fuss re-tucking pillows whenever I get up or roll over. My cat loves to cuddle up to or on top of this pillow and there's enough of it to share with him lol. This has made sleeping possible for me, plus as a bonus it functions as a husband guard so he's not accidentally kneeing me in the night or anything. It supports my back and my bump. Still loving this pillow almost at the finish line. When I was in the second trimester sometimes I would pinch the pillow together with my knees and prop my chest up with another pillow and lay on my belly (no weight on baby) with my belly in the hole so I could read or play a video game more like I had pre-pregnancy.

Right after surgery, I was in a lazy boy for about 10 days. When I moved back to the bed, this was a life saver. I'm now 6 weeks out from surgery and have just stopped using it. I placed my pillow at the top of the pillow (I call it mysnake ; ) It helps cradle you so can fall asleep on your back. I would fall asleep within 5 to 10 minutes. It was wonderful after not having slept well for a while. Also, sleeping on your back helps with face wrinkles, and I noticed an improvement with that. The only reason I stopped using it is because its now summer and I found it a little warmer than sleeping with out, but then again everything feels warmer now heading into menopause ; )

I USE THIS EVERY NIGHT, I don’t know what I would do without it. It makes getting comfortable so much easier of a night. Every night was a struggle before this pillow. It provides relief from cramps in legs (allowing me to support my legs up) and making sleeping on my side SO much easier. It’s very lightweight and I highly suggest. It stays in the same shape, and doesn’t flatten out at all. It’s over great quality & provides great support. Also- it’s easy to slide in & out of sleeve for washing! & color is just as expected. I highly recommend!

Pillow is making it more comfortable to sleep on my back. It could be a little more fluffy plump and cushy. But it suffices on gets the job done. I use it every night.

Ugh, I don't know how I slept without this before. I struggled with knee and hip pain pretty badly and never invested in a regular body pillow because I rolled around too much. This has been my perfect solution. It's the perfect amount of firmness, soft enough to cuddle against but dense enough to actually support you. The case is nice and soft and easy to change and wash. I've taken it with me every time I go out of town because I can't imagine trying to sleep without it now. It's a little heavy to move around, but the shape makes it convenient to toss over a shoulder. During the day, I like to curl up in it and use the sides to hold my laptop up while I type. My cats absolutely adore cuddling up with me in it as well, they might enjoy it even more than I do. The only issue I've had with it is that the top where I place my head might be a little too high or too firm for my neck, so I usually drag a pillow in with me so I can create more of a slope up so I'm not straining as much.

This pillow really helped me sleep comfortably and it is multifunctional. I love it! It eases my pain and using it helps me sleep better. It is very thick and full. It really supports my body throughout the night. I have used it everyday and it has not gone flat. This is very easy to use and I would definitely recommend getting you one!!

Best pillow I've ever owned. Supports back for side sleepers, cozy and moveable for different sleep positions. Love mine! Got another for hubby.
