Just order it for her now my friend.. You will thank me later.

My fiancé mops our floors a few times a week, This thing has made that choir So much easier, We have had this for some time now and I never like to rate until things have been really put through the ringer.First off we boil our water to mob.. With old Generic mops you are putting your mop into dirty water and just scrubbing the floor twice as much as needed with dirty water. With this one it keeps every thing seperate and you have to use a fraction of the water. Handle lock makes this nice for if she is mopping while 4'10 or I am mopping at 5'10 Its the right height for the both of us. This thing functions just as they say and it makes Mopping an Ease. Well built and very durable.. If you are looking for a new mop or want to get in the good graces of your wife or some one who loves to clean this is a must have!!! It comes loaded with new mop heads that can be ran through the Laundry ensuring you never run out of them!!!

Easy to use but cross contamination between tanks

The idea is amazing for spills. Normally when you clean floors you are wanting to use a cleaning product. What I do is I have an electric floor scrubber that I use for the actual cleaning and then use this mop to clean up the dirty water. My main problem is that there isn't a windows see the clean/ dirty water level. So if you aren't paying attention the dirty water will end up going into the clean water tank via the slot that is open in between. OR when your drying the mop it overflows and ends up in your clean tank anyways. I've used it multiple times so I don't think I can get my money back at this point. 3 stars because the idea is amazing. If there was a way they can put a tube and completely close off the walls in between so there isn't cross contamination. I'd give 5 stars.

Pros & Cons Overall Good

Pros:1. Good mop heads & sturdy pole. Nice material, absorbant, thick, and washable. Love that there are extras!2. Love the 4 chambers. I appreciate knowing that my mop never has to touch dirty water and neither do my hands. I have never liked the thought of pushing a dirty water mop around on my floor and then calling my floor clean. I used to mop my floors 2x's so that I felt that they were clean enough and I drug around 2 buckets, one for clean water one for dirty rinse water. I have eliminated the need to do that. I feel like I get the best clean this way, I can also see and feel the difference on my bare feet.3. I can use whatever solution I want in my clean water. This means that I can do floors, walls, cabinets, and I do believe that I can use this tool to wash my car! Plus enough mop heads to keep them separate.4. Rollers! I am grateful for the rollers on this bucket. That was the one deciding factor between this mop system and the O'Cedar rinse & spin mop. I hate lugging the heavy bucket. I have severe carpal tunnel and arthritis in my hands, I do not have a secure grip and I drop stuff all of the time.5. I don't have to wring the mop, my hands are not strong enough to wring the mop out dry enough for laminate floors.Cons:1. I wish it held more water. It may just be me but I like to rinse it with clean water then put it in the dehydration tank, then put it back in clean water again before I use it on the floor. I go through the water fairly quickly. Then I have to stop, drain the dirty water, refill with clean water & solution before I can continue. I think it should hold 4-5 gallons of water. I have 2,000sq ft of moppable space. I am used to 2 5gallon buckets. With 5 gallons I can pretty much mop half my house before stopping to dump and refill. It would be heavier but make one large capacity available for people like me who are accustomed to large capacity, have a lot of moppable Sq feet, and don't mind the weight. As long as we have wheels it's no big deal. As it stands I have to refill this bucket 4-5 times to complete my mopping job.2. This is NOT by any means, Hands free. Notice I said above that I don't have to get my hands in dirty water, or use my hands to physically wring out the mop. No I don't do those things, however, you better be prepared for a hand and arm workout with this system. You have to grip and push this pole down to create the spinning "wringing" action in this system. It does cause me some pain and tenderness after 2,000sq ft of mopping. I have carpal tunnel and arthritis in my hands. This is a workout for them. I have found that to fill the clean water chamber I must pump that pole roughly 10-12 times each time I rinse/wring out the mop. You don't realize just how much that is until you do it. I mean 500sq ft or less of moppable space would be one thing, but 2,000sq ft is something wholly different. I had to stop and rest my hands several times. So, be prepared.3. There is a learning curve with this system and it takes a minute to get the hang of it. Watch the provided videos as they are very helpful. There are just many steps to remember. Where to fill, which knob does what, remembering to turn the spinning on or off on the pole, remembering to swivel the head, opening the valve to drain away any dirt water in the rinse tank.Overall, I like the system, not upset that I purchased it. I believe it is a good system at its base. I just feel that it could do with some upgrades. A bigger capacity, and a foot operated spin. These are just my personal opinions, not advising you one way or the other. It is a good system for its purpose and a good price point. I do hope that they will make some upgrades in the near future.

This mop let's you REALLY clean the mop head, not just spin it dry

I really like this mop system, it’s unique and has an added feature I think most people can appreciate. I know I do. What makes this mop system different than most others is that it has 4 “tanks”, but really it’s 2 tanks (one for clean water, the other for dirty water) and 2 additional “chambers” that slip inside the 2 main tanks. One of the chambers is a wringer/spinner that spins out all the water from the mop head (like you see with most of these newer mop systems) and it is also used to pump clean water into the other chamber when you turn the valve ON. The second chamber is what I call the “cleaning chamber” and this is the feature I really like about this mop system that others don’t have. This chamber can hold water and when you put the mop head into it, you spin it and as it spins, the strands beat against the ribbed walls and helps clean it. If the water gets dirty, you can turn its valve on and the water will drain. Your mop head doesn’t go into the main clean water tank or the main dirty water tank. It keeps the mop head separate from both. And a neat thing about this is that you don’t even have to use it if you don’t want to. You can lift this chamber out and spin the mop head into the main dirty water tank (yeah, it sounds gross, but that’s how original/traditional mops work) and still use the wringer/spinner to spin it dry.I've seen some comments that said this mop system seems too complicated or hard to use. It's really not. They're just not used to seeing something new like this. Once you look at it, fill it up with water and use it, you'll realize it's a simple design. It's a mop system that actually allows you to clean the mop head rather than just dunking it in dirty water, or spinning it dry and calling it "clean" lol. Go check out some videos people made online and keep what I said in mind. Also seen a comment where someone said that they couldn't get the mop inside the chamber to get it wet. All you need to do is place it inside, allow the head to absorb some water, then move the mop out and back in, letting other parts of the mop to get wet. It takes only a couple of seconds. Yes, you need to understand a tiny bit of physics to get this going (just teasing) And another comment I seen was about the hidden wheels. They said that the mop only moves forward and back, not side to side. That's not really a problem. Yes, the wheels are designed to move forward and back, but you'll be using this on hard floor where it won't be a problem for that, but it could be a problem if you're pushing it onto carpet. If so, it still wouldn't be much of a big deal as some may have you believe. The wheels are "hidden" which means it's recessed which makes the bottom of the mop buck real close to the ground. If you have shaggy carpet you might have some difficulty maneuvering it, but for most people this wouldn't be a problem at all. It's a nice mop system and I've had it for 10 days now. I used it 4 times and I love it :) The pole/handle feels solid and comfortable. It's not skinny and short like those spin mops with flat mop heads. I hope my comment was helpful in your decision to get (or not get) this cool mop system. Take care!
