I opted for the adhesive, and they were up and running in minutes – no drilling, no complex wiring, just peel and stick! Pro:-adjustable brightness: really bright at max settings (3 brightness settings, I have them on low brightness in my photos)-easy installation (adhesive magnets hold on TIGHT!)-light weight and super flat, they won’t be seen underneath the cabinets.-modern look and made of medal (feels like)-easy control button settings (easy to remember)-great sensor! It senses when I approach it without having to wave my arms/hands-uses USB-C for easy wire compatibility (for charging). The rechargeable battery is SO much better than regular batteries-there’s an button option to ‘keep lights on’ which is great!!! Otherwise the sensor mode lasts 20 seconds before they auto turn off. 20 seconds is perfect for me.-soft white/yellowish light tint is so easy on the eyes and compliments the counter nicely.Cons:-they only come with 1 color tint mode, but you can option the tint type at purchase. I don’t care about changing lighting colors so this isn’t a problem for me. But I’ve seen competitor brands that include the option to change between color tints. I personally thing the soft white in these are perfect, they look natural (like sunlight) as opposed to that artificial flat white tint.-I guess if I had to nitpick, I wish they came in more size options. A longer and shorter size would be ideal for different cabinet and drawer setups.I love these! They’re bright, nice, modern looking, light weight, work well, rechargeable, well built, and it includes the option to ‘keep lights on’ which is helpful when working around the kitchen counters. 100% recommend, I might actually buy a few more for my pantry area.

This is a great night light for dark areas.If you have a dark area that might need to be used occasionally, this product is for you. We have a hallway that gets dark (especially at night) and sometimes have guests at one end of the hallway and a bathroom at the other end. There is a switch to light the hall, but this is better. These lights go on automatically when motion is detected, lighting up the hallway. For more complete coverage, we use both lights: one near the guest room and one near the bathroom. The lights go off after a while when no motion is detected. (This takes about 10-15 seconds or so.) For me, you can leave them in motion detect mode for at least a week without recharging. They'll go on during the day when motion's detected but that's not a big deal.I don't know about using these lights for under cabinet usage. They run on an internal battery and are recharged using an included USB cable. They seem to hold enough charge to last a week or so. I plug the USB into a computer and charge both at once. They have a charging indicator: red when charging and green when fully charged. They hold the charge while idle for 3 months or more. (We recharge them after use and not when needed next.)There's supposed to be a dimmable feature. I don't know anything about it. The only controls I know about are off, on, and motion detect.We've had these lights for at least 2 years with zero problems.
