Workout
Works as intended. Takes a couple days for your jaw to adjust and it will get sore but it does perform well.

Gagging
It could just be me, but I found these very hard to use. If you have a sensitive gag reflex, do not purchase! They are almost too large for my average size mouth. I ended up throwing them out. I also wonder if it’s safe to be chewing on this rubber.

Effectiveness: The jawline exerciser's effectiveness is still uncertain for me. Due to its substantial resistance, I haven’t maintained a regular schedule to see definitive results. I’m skeptical about its benefits and concerned I may cause damage with regular use instead of strengthening.Comfort: The material is comfortable on the teeth and gums, but the high resistance makes it somewhat uncomfortable to use regularly. I suppose this is the point if this legitimately works. However, I cannot find good research on this.Overall: The material and resistance quality are good, but I haven’t noticed any significant improvement in jawline definition. If more evidence of its effectiveness were available, it might be more appealing.

Durable!
Honestly wasn’t sure how these would hold up over a short span of time. Impressive I must say, I’ve had them over a week and not one bit of these has came off. Great jaw workout with multiple levels of strength intensity. You’ll definitely get your moneys worth! Super pleased with this product.

They work great for about a week or so. But they are not indestructible so they will wear down into pieces eventually.
