Great quality, set up quickly which was easy to do. It's just like being at the gym but without having to travel. Feels like a premium product but was cheaper than expected. Great resistance so can have some really hard workouts if wanted, or lower it down to a more moderate workout. Would highly recommend.

Good sturdy product. I wasn’t expecting too much considering the price and what one would expect from a public gym, but this is solid piece of kit. Assembly was a bit fiddly, only becaue of the instructions but go on YouTube and there are plenty of installation instructions. This is the only reason I gave it 4 stars. The product itself is 5 stars.

Some parts were mislabelled/not labelled and the wires came mangled so I can't connect it up. It's lightweight though and easy enough for one person to put together.

Having owned this for 9 months and been more than happy, the machine developed a mechanical fault, using the tools available on Amazon I contacted the seller, their response was very swift , professional and courteous. Following confirmation of the fault a replacement machine was despatched to me the same day. I cannot praise the level of customer service I received, highly enough first rate!

I have health issues, so exercising at home is the best for health and well being. This is the second one I bought. After coming home from hospital, I used Google maps and plotted a route from my home to Paris (my family lived there in the 50s) and used the information from the clock to chart my journey. I then 'cycled' to India (for a curry ;) ) then around Europe, to places where our family and ancestors live/lived. That lot together took over a year...I thin cycled to Australia. This cross trainer took such a pounding during that time. I felt that this product was excellent, so when one 'wore out' - I bought another...TRUST !!!

I've used this product once and I'm in the process of trying to return it with the seller. It uses air resistance rather than magnetic and is therefore significantly louder.I used it for about 30 minutes for a workout and it did perform well, but the entire time I could hear it through noise cancelling headphones meaning my neighbours and partner would just be continually disturbed by it.It did have an easy assembly with a good video and is good value for money if you can deal with the noise but I would have to recommend going for a magnetic model instead.
