This backup battery is exactly what you'd think it would be; a backup battery that magnetically sticks to your magsafe iPhone and wirelessly charges it. The magnetism is very good with a magsafe case, to a point where it almost jumps off the counter to be united with the phone. I did not test this with a non-magsafe case, but the strength of the magnet makes me think it would still be really good. I thought at first that it would be a basic snug connection, but it takes a little bit of force to remove it, which is perfect if you move your phone around. I have the iPhone 16 Pro Max and the time I used it to charge the most amount was going from 20-100%. It didn't seem to take much longer than when I wirelessly charge it at home (I wasn't watching the clock but it felt the same), and I still had 3 charge dots left on the battery when it filled the phone. Charging the battery from that state took about 45 minutes. It has a little button on the bottom that you can press and see how much charge is left.This being an Anker, you can rest easy that it's good quality. We have lots of their products and they are all great. This is no exception. If I had to give one negative, it would be the size and weight of it. It's a 10,000 mAh battery, so it is going to have some heft in a larger footprint, but the curves on all the grippy edges makes it somewhat less extrusive. There isn't much design change that can be made to lessen this and working with what they had, Anker did a really good job. I like it so much that I ordered a smaller 5,000 mAh with a kickstand for my spouse.

Love this power bank!! It’s small, light weight very compact so I can carry in my purse. The charging speed is decent, works well. The durability is great! Does not heat up while charging my phone, even if I use it for a quick call or text. I have the iPhone 14 Pro Max and completely charges my phone up to 100% in about 2 or 3 hours I would say. I haven’t really timed it. This is a great investment when traveling out or when you are the type of person like me who always forgets to plug in her phone at night or before heading out.Also the color 😍 obsessed !

So far, so good. This thing is BIG, and it’s heavy; but I don’t know how to explain it other than it just works and feels right. Holding it attached to my phone in my left hand, while I’m typing this review, it’s a bit deceiving. It actually feels more ergonomic to hold my phone by the attached battery, than it does to hold the phone without it. I bought it for my Italy trip, as my Apple MagSafe Battery Pack finally took a dump. I actually like this one better so far. I’m using a MagBak case, so the magnetism between the case and the Anker battery might be exaggerated. But it’s certainly super tight to my phone. I’d recommend.

Bought this for my mother.She loves it. Great color, and has a nice feel to it.I’ve got a similar non-anker branded wireless battery but it gets quite a bit warmer than this one does - so this one seems to be more efficient
