Have taken B complexes for years now and wouldn't be without them for all the benefits, especially for energy levels. This is a great option if you don't like taking tablets and good value so would recomemnd fully as very happy with it.

It is really convenient using a liquid supplement in this form. Hopefully it helps with absorption too, especially for the B12 that's included in this vitamin B complex. It’s easy to measure out doses with the dropper and it’s small enough to easily carry if necessary. I appreciate it that it’s a clearly marked vegan supplement. The raspberry flavour is nice and it is certainly one to consider, especially if you don't like swallowing capsules and tablets.
