Warning, unable to disable bluetooth for those chemically sensitive. Being frusteratingly chemically sensitive, this product does not work for me because the bluetooth is built in.The product except that looks good. The customer service from blueair is honest and kind letting me know bluetooth could not be disabled. And Amazon allowed me to return this product. Excellent service all around.The hunidifier holds a lot of water compared to my other smaller one. It uses a wicking humidification technology instead of ultrasonic. The ultrasonic ones are annoyingly loud and make very small water particles. This seems more natural humidification humidifies an entire room. The water try seems easy to fill and clean. I hope blueair builds another version of this that allows bluetooth to be disabled because everything else seemed built well.

We were concerned about the massive mist coming out of our old humidifier (especially on carpet) and decide to try this.Pros:-- Considerably quiet,- evaporative invisible mist - nothing nearby gets wet- Auto Humidify function - we used this most to maintain ideal moisture levels- Can just filled up water from the top- There is fan function to dry the filter- Compare to our old humidifier, this Blue air humidifier doesn’t need as much refill (we used distilled water)Cons:-- need to remember to clean the water container. It’s so convenient to fill the water from the top that sometimes we forget we need to clean the water tank / container.We used it just by setting it on the humidifier itself and never needed to register for the app. We like the no mist concept and bought a second one for the bedrooms.

This has turned out to be an excellent choice for our bedroom. Have had for several months and we are extremely pleased with its effectiveness and functionality. The controls are easy to understand and make changes to, the app which interfaces via bluetooth is very easy to use and adds a lot of value and ease to controlling the humidifier. The app also tracks filter status, assuming based on hours running, and the filters last several months. I love the top fill and how easy it is to remove for cleaning, filling, or changing the filter. It maintains the selected humidity level well on the automatic setting and the tank holds plenty of water for several hours (easily a day but likely depends on humidity levels in the room). I use the night feature primarily to dim the control lights which supposedly makes it run quieter as well but this thing is nearly silent, can’t hear when sleeping just 5 ft away. I highly recommend!

Wonderful humidifier. Quiet, easy to clean, top goes on easily when you line up the front markers, then push down. Sleep mode really quiet and has an extremely low light, that if you use the app can then be shut off. No white dust created like other humidifiers.

I did quite a bit of research before purchasing this humidifier and so far am super impressed! The app is easy to use and the setup was quick and worked the first time. I have it in my sunroom and can keep my plants at just the right humidity level right from the app. When the water level gets low I just turn it off and pour new water in the top.

The unit failed to display the humidity readings as advertised. I attempted to contact Blue Air’s customer service multiple times, but each interaction ranged from unhelpful to downright condescending. As someone who carefully reads reviews and diligently researches products, I strive for quality and have remained loyal to reliable brands. Unfortunately, this product and company do not deliver on their promises. I’m starting to believe that the more a product is marketed as “tech-forward” or “smart,” the less the company invests in what truly matters: a product that works effectively, solves the problems we face, and provides customer service that resolves any issues.There are better models and companies out there. Spend your money elsewhere.

Very impressive unit. You can set the humidity percentage, and it automatically maintains it. Also have it scheduled to run specific hours in the bedroom. Uses tap water. And is quiet and the display brightness can be set too.
