Clears water...
This did clear my long term cloudy aquarium water after dosing two times. It adds a different kind of bacteria to the water column and passes through filters. It doesnt seem to cause any issues to the already established nitrifying bacteria either.I had tried water changes and less feeding to no avail. None of my chemical checks showed anything was out of tolerance. Yet within 1 day of adding new water, the tank water always became cloudy. I doped the tank with this twice over two days and now the water is crystal clear. I'll likely continue to use this product in the future as needed.

Amazing
I have always loved the way my tanks look the day after a good cleaning. The water is crystal clear, the colors are brighter. But then, after a day or two, the sheen is gone, and the tank looks OK, but not as bright.After adding Pristine, that sheen is still there after full week! I am interested in how this affects my cleaning regimen; it may reduce the frequency since it breaks down mulm and can reduce nitrate buildup, but I'm still skeptical on the latter.I will update this review once I have a better idea on the impact, but for now I am extremely pleased with what I see!

Didn’t seem to help.
Didn’t harm anything, but didn’t seem to do much for my tank, either. Maybe I should use more than one bottle’s worth.
