I’ve been taking Magtein now for over a month (on my second bottle) and I can honestly say it works to improve cognition. I could tell after about 2 weeks my mind started to get sharper and I experienced less brain fog, especially at the end of the day.I’m in sales and I noticed that my thought processing improved, my mind seemed clearer as I was giving a presentation. Thoughts and ideas came to my mind more quickly, making for a more smooth and confident delivery. And even after a long presentation or day, I was still mentally sharp and could hold an intelligent conversation at length, whereas before my mind would’ve been drained and tired.I will continue taking this product due to these benefits and probably incorporate a Magnesium Glycinate supplement as well.Also, I’ve seen this particular brand advertised by credible people in the health industry, so I trust it.Give it a shot- I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

This Magtein helps me relax and sleep better than other forms of magnesium I have tried. Also helps with occasional restless legs. My husband has issues falling asleep and says this helps him.

NOW has a reputation for dependable quality and testing. While I by other supplements from Thorne, I frequently use NOW and have been satisfied thus far.Capsules are fairly large, but swallowable. I speculate that they could be opened, but would check with the company first.Not effective for constipation or anxiety, magnesium threonate is the only form to cross the blood brain barrier. Reliable studies have demonstrated safety and cognitive improvement.It took about 2 months for me to notice a cognitive difference. I wasn't brilliant, but I did notice that I had better recall and mental organization.I also take NOW magnesium glycinate for heart and mental health. Am pleased with both.

I got this not because I know that I needed magnesium but this one in particular helps with sleep. Definitely helps like no other type of magnesium and I have tried them all. I follow the instructions, one in the early morning and 2 in the evening. Usually 2 hours before I want to be in bed. It might take a bit of time for some people but it worked pretty fast for me. I don't need Melatonin anymore.

Best Magtein on the market, if only because the inside of the plastic bottle is clean and not full of white powder, which was present in two other brands I used before I found this brand.

I take them once a day before bed. Noticeable difference in sleep quality.
